There are things that make the difference between a fun and happy day to a horrible and routine one. Change your attitude, wake up earlier, eat better, drink lots of water and make an effort to change those little details that we assure you will change your life completely.

Things you must do everyday

Wake up early

Wake up earlier not only does this improve productivity but it also gives you more time to make a good hearty breakfast. It is not necessarily healthy in my case.

Make your bed

You’ll be welcome to a tidy bed after a long day at work or school or just a long day. In general, it’s probably the best feeling anyone will ever experience plus it looks better.

Spend a little more time on your appearance

Take some time choosing an outfit doing your hair whatever helps you boost your confidence and self-esteem cheesy. We can all acknowledge that we feel better when we’re confident about our appearance.

Stay hydrated

Keep a bottle of water with you wherever you go. Try to drink at least eight glasses of water a day but don’t overdo it like I do sometimes and drown my organs, please.

Stretch

Do it every day whether it be early morning or when you get home at the end of the day. This is going to improve your flexibility. It’s also going to ensure that you never pull any muscles or injure yourself.

Listen to a music

Create a playlist consistent as songs that make you happy and listen to it. Listen to songs for the mood you want to be in rather than the mood that you are in. For example, I’ve got songs for chill now a  playlist for sleeping, etc. Sets the scene nicely. I guess it helps me distress that rhyme compliment at least one person per day. This could be an acquaintance, co-worker, classmate, and stranger, whoever a self-centered as it sounds you’ll get enjoyment out of seeing other people just with what you said.

Use your manners

If someone else holds the door for you all actually go first etc, they did it voluntarily and didn’t have to do it so I thank.

Eat healthily

Eat your fruit and vegetables. Always choose the healthy version over the junk food if you can resist it. I’m not saying this from personal experience I’m saying this because I have to eat your veggies.

Have a good laugh

Catch up with friends, watch some funny TV shows, and see some stand-up comedy. I don’t know to reminisce about funny moments that have happened to you in the past. You don’t need to be a doctor to know that humor has many benefits.

Be optimistic

Always look at the positives. There’s no point in focusing on the negatives because that’s not going to help your situation instead look at what’s good with your life.

Exercise

It doesn’t have to be anything intense run around the block or walk with a dog. Anything that gets your heart pumping your body releases hormones called endorphins. They are described as feel-good hormones working out so not only will your body benefit you’ll also feel happier.

Read

Find a good book you like and spend your spare time reading. You’ll find it helps you de-stress and forget about things it’s also a good time passer.

Learn new things

Try and learn something new every day this can either be an interesting factor. So online or a new skill that you want to pursue. If it’s impressive or professional and off it’ll be something extra you can put on your personal statement.

Help others when you can

You’re able to help your classmates with schoolwork or offer to help. You struggling neighbor lift those heavy objects. It’s far-fetched but I’m trying to be a good human okay.

Stop procrastinating

No matter how unmotivated you are. Push yourself and complete what you need to complete the quicker you get it done about your feelings. Spare time you’ll have for more important things like sleeping.

Drink some coffee or tea

Because that stuff is good and also tea is kind of beneficial even though. I’m not a fan of it and it pains me to say it.

Don’t dwell on your mistakes

Instead, grow and learn from them don’t hold grudges it’s just a waste of your own time.

Sleep

It pretty much solves everything. Take a nap in the afternoon if you can, but not more than thirty minutes.

Be kind to yourself

If you like you you are chances are everyone else will too. Be kind to everyone, even if they are not with you. It will prevent you from capturing its negativity and carrying it with you.
